Located on the edge of Dumfries and Galloway Forest Park in Scotland, Rowan Glen uses the freshest, locally sourced Scottish milk, to produce a wide range of award-winning yogurts.

THE BRIEF: Rowan Glen yogurts now contain ‘100% of your daily Vitamin D’ and we need a campaign to highlight this motivating benefit. Vitamin D deficiency occurs when the body doesn't get enough vitamin D from sunlight or diet, so people in countries that don’t get much sunshine can suffer. We also want to highlight our range of delicious flavours.

THE OPPORTUNITY: We created a copy based campaign leading with ‘Because sunny days are in short supply!’... vitamin D is sometimes known as the ‘sunshine vitamin’. The campaign was centred around Northern Ireland, where the strapline is often true!

BOLD CLAIM OF ‘NOW WITH 100% OF YOUR DAILY VITAMIN D’: We then qualify the benefit with lighthearted copy ‘Sunshine in a pot!’ to keep the TOV friendly.

SITE SPECIFIC: Airport billboard in Arrivals when you get back home to grey skies!

‘D’ IS FOR DELICIOUS: Keeping the copy light, to avoid feeling too clinical with the vitamin message.

SAMPLING: Highlighting the flavour range… ‘Fill your family full of sunshine!’.

GROWING RANGE OF FLAVOURS: ‘For a growing family’ highlighting vitamin’s positives.
